I am a Lloyd customer since April 2018.Now these days Lloyd customer service is going worst, company seeking only for money . They don't attention consumer rights. In my case, I registered a complaint against no cooling on 12th April 2022, (Service request I.D-[protected]) technician visited and fill only R410 gas in my AC no repair had been done. He told me that your Ac quater turn valve leek and tighten it while valve need to be replaced but not replace. After some days another cooling issue found and I had registered another complaint on 11th May 2022, (Service request I.D-[protected]) technician visited and he told me cooling issue due to dust in out door of AC, he wash outdoor unit through running tap water while leakage in valve gas leaking out slowly and he warned me not to register any complain again otherwise made a service charge against you(customer). Now again I registered a complaint for no cooling on 7th June 2022, (Service request I. D-[protected]) technician visited and told me your AC cooling coils are damaged and leakage in quarter valve of outdoor unit without check. He again warned me this is last time to fill gas in AC while he didn't repair or replace the quarter valve and told me this gas can only cool room for 5-6 days.He pressurized me to return original copy of bill with signature to technician so that never raise complain in future (under 90 days )through this bill.
Now suggest me what to do. Either take a necessary action against those people who giving a cheap service or I will file a complaine against service provider( Lloyd and Lloyd service center) in Consumer Form.
A Strict action is demanded
Kindly look into this matter on priority bases to resolve my problem and strict action against cheater service provider.
