It has been around 5-6 days that I had complaint for my llyod Air conditioner display issue that I purchased a year ago on[protected]. I raised my complaint on[protected] but till now It had not been resolved. As I called the customer care they always say that it is in process but nothing has been done.
Summers has arrived and I am having issue in using my air conditioner. I am calling them daily from[protected] but till now my complaint hasn't resolved.
The service center is also not responding in this matter. One of their executive came but he didn't know anything about the display section and was just clicking pictures and asking the other person on WhatsApp that what to do. This is such a shame for a big brand like llyod, Havells.
