I had filed a complaint with the company regarding my split AC with reference No. LEEL[protected] on 28/03/2015. The technician arrived and advised that cooling gas would have to be filled and the outdoor unit would have to be taken to the workshop for servicing etc. We agreed and after some days the machine was reinstalled in another room for which I had to pay extra in addition to the service charges. Ever since the cooling has not been proper. As summers have finally set in we are finding it extremely difficult to put up without an AC and why should we having bought one ? We had intimated regarding the non/improper cooling to the authorised service agent but each time the technician arrived he tried to satisfy us with false purports. The problem is where it was i.e. there is no cooling. If this is what the KKG is what would be the Dukhon ki guarantee of the company. It is firmly believed that the replacement guarantee of the compressor is expiring on the 25th of this month and the company is delaying repair action to avoid its replacement.
