Hi,
I had purchased 2 lloyd Split ACs LS13A5SN and LS19A5SN from Sam Appliances & electronic Thane W on 28th April 2014.
I had the problem of water leakage from Indoor unit of LS19A5SN through air flow part.
For which i had raised complaint id LEEL[protected] on 3rd June 2014.
Even after 1 day nobody called & attended the complaint, so i called the number of technician [protected] to whom my complaint was assigned, but he was not picking up the call.
After that i got number of regional manager head number from call centre i.e sandeep sir [protected], he told me that it will be resolved that day 4th june.
But it is now 5th june nobody is bothered to even call & address my complaint.
I am frustrated by this kind of service from lloyd company.
Kindly help in this case.
