This is to inform that I have purchased a Ac on 16 July 2020.only two months it is used.next season of summer when we started to use it.It is found that ac is not the cooling.Llyod service person found that there is gas leakage in the coil of indoor unit.
It is also observed that the product was not provided the same cooling after repair as it was giving in the first year.It was said to the service person but they said it will be ok, it is summer so we are feeling the less cooling.
This year when we started to use it again after the sevice of the product as service man took Rs 500 for cleaning of device now again the product is not working.
The indoor unit is now showing E6 in
the display.
When the product was under warranty that time only we have asked to change the indoor unit but we were assured that whole coil is changed now there will be no problem.now again problem arise we are saying to change the indoor unit again but company service person is again saying that pcv is under 5 year warranty it will be repaired
Lloyd have provided us faulty product .
Two season two problem raised
We are saying to change the indoor unit but they are not doing this
Kindly help us
