I bought a 1.5 ton split ac (FLS19A3G) in 2011. Since then there is Gas leakage problem in that ac. I've to refill the gas almost almost thrice a year, with the ac being used hardly 12 hours in the whole year. From the date of purchase I've been contacting lloyd customer support about receiving the faulty product, but the technicians who visited always avoided to replace the unit. Everytime they used to say that there's a minor leakage and it won't happen again and give the warranty of 3 months for the gas. But hardly 4 months pass away and the problem arises again. Last year, i.e. in 2014, I've a also replaced its compressor on the suggestion of lloyd customer support, and the technician gave assurance that it won't happen again, but problem still persists. I'm literally fed up with this pathetic service of lloyd. I've already spent more than ₹25000 for the repairing of ac which costed me ₹17000 at the time of buying. still lloyd people have no answer. Each time a technician visits, he even extracts visiting charge of ₹300. I'm left with no option and this ac is just like a show-piece and useless for me. I've already asked for the replacement of this faulty unit, even when it was just 2 months old and was covered under warranty period, but the company had never listened to the customer. Lloyd's main concern is just to sell its product, with worst after sales service and response. I'm planning to file a case in consumer court against lloyd against this faulty product and also against the mental and economic harassment which has been caused to me.
