It is really unfortunate that my complaint is yet to be resolved. I have been following updating at all levels over phone with no effect.
Categorically I would like to bring to your kind notice the major sequence of events which have taken place in the past.
I raised the service request on 30.11.2015 my remote being defective.
Service Engineer visited and checked & informed that remotes need to be replaced.
I had to wait for 1 month with regular follow ups at customer care, Bhubaneswar office & local service engineer. He came with a spare remote which did not work and took it back.
I found that my service request has been closed online unilaterally with actual problem yet to be resolved (Copy attached).
After few weeks I was told that to deposit my old remotes which would get repaired at Delhi.
It took another moth with follow up and was finally told that the remotes have been repaired and dispatched from Delhi, and I should get it within 5 days.
After another 10 days I again enquired, I was told that new remotes have been expected at Bhubaneswar within a couple of days and will be send to me.
Finally LLoyd service Engineer came with 2 new remote yesterday (17.03.2016) and checked, which did not work.
When I called up to Bhubaneswar Nodal office I was told the matter is being looked into.
Today I got a call and I was told why the new remotes are not working, to which I replied how should I know, the same was checked by your service engineer.
Another point of time I was also told by the customer care person "Apne remote ko kaise kharab kar dia".
Now this is limit of my patience and a consumer harassment. I need a replacement of both TV's or full refund so that i buy another brand good TV
