Lloyd — Lloyd is unnecessarily charging me rs 21000 even when my tv is in warranty

I had got an android, 4K, 55inch lloyd TV in november 2019. In april 2022, the panel of the TV got damaged due to ofcouse the substandrad parts and components provided by the company.
Now that TV is not produced anymore and due to which they are not able to repair the TV due to unavailability of the panel.
Now the service engineer is calling and charging me Rs20000 for a replacement the TV.
Why should I pay 20, 000 when the issue and damage caused was from your company end.
I have been waiting from last 1 month

Please solve this problem as soon as possible or else I will file a case against your company
