Lloyd — Not resolving gas leaking problem under warranty and asking for changes

I am sudhir gupta
I have purchased a lloyd window 5 star ac in 2020 from sargam electronics
After purchasing it there was gas leaking problem in it in 2021 then after so much problem And hustle the company executive got it repaired
Now in 2022 there is again gas leaking problem i have got a dg extended warranty from sargam from it and is registering complaint since 24 mar but no action is taken place the employees come and see the ac and gets the feedback recorded and does not solve the problem. My complaint is getting registered in prakash refrigeration and electrical and its employees sachin sharma (mob no.[protected]) and pratham ([protected]) they are so mannerless and incooperative and they are denying to do the work under warranty and demanding for money and using abusive language and behavior with customer is pathetically bad. I request you to please take action for the same and i am going to file the same in consumer court and consumer grievance department.
