Dear Sir/Madam
I was purchased an A/C for my sister on 26th May 2023.
I usually don’t purchase Lloyd or Havells product but I purchased as my friend (who owns a distributor of Lloyd’s Eloctro Bazaar, Salipur) suggest me to purchase. But it was like a nightmare for me to do so. That A/C was installed on the next day by the technician but after 20 days it’s stopped working. So I raised a complain (complain number [protected]) on 23rd June 2023. Thae next day the Technician (Mobile Number - [protected]) came after calling me two times at evening. He told me that there is no gas due to the indoor unit leaking.
After two days on 26th June 2023 again I call to costumer care and complain about the same. But I got a call from [protected] this number and he said, he will send some one to fix the problem. But till now, I don’t got any results. Still I am waiting to hear from you.
Sir after spending 40k for an A/C, still we are sleeping with a very high temperature. I know it doesn’t matter to you. But please don’t force me to take any other format to highlight these issues. For your reference I am attaching the bill and SMS that I’ve received.
