My split inverter AC is not working since 25/5/2021. i have complaint several times through their costumer care and my lloyd app. the complaints nos./job id are[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected] . but above complaints[protected],[protected],[protected] are cancelled without informing me, and job id[protected] is still showing part PO created since 8/6/2021.
i have other brand AC but i fell worse service by lloyd. so i want refund of my ac.
my product code is GLS18I31AF
purchase date is 25/03/2018
