I have purchased Lloyd AC 11 months back and it's been used very less since it purchased. However, got an issue(its not getting cooled) and requested for service, after that one guy has assigned and he checked on 21st June 2021 and told me there is an issue with one part and he ordered it. I have not received any response as today is 10th July . When I tried to reach that person he said he is not the right person to give status and asked me to check with office . I am keep on trying to reach them but they are not picking my calls. I never expected this kind of ignorance from Lloyds.
