LNCT Indore — Mental Harassment and Original mark sheets has been misplaced by MBA Department,Misbehaved and bribe

My Name is Vikas singh Yadav and i have taken an admision on LNCT Indore for full Time MBA in September 2007.. And i have submitted my original mark sheets to them at the time of admision, have paid for approx 30000/- fees for first semester but due to short attendance management cancelled my admision stated you are not allowed to sit an examination and your admision got cancelled. I asked for fee refund stating if admision cancelled than fee should be refund, but they behaved arrogantly with me misbehaved and said no money would be refund to you infect i got a letter also for 9000/- refund and i again went there for this 9000/- money so they destroy the letter and said that this letter does't belongs to you as your admission is cancelled..i tried everything but they didn't given me money and satisfied answer too. letter i went there for my original mark sheets withdrawn so they asked me 6000 Rs. for dues, i asked for writing communication for the same but they denied and again arrogantly told me that we would not give you any writing communication if you want your mark sheets you have to pay 6000 Rs. i tried but they misbehaved and they have not given me mark sheets at the end. Now on 16 Jan. 2015 i have applied for passport and i required my original mark sheets for the same, i again went and meet with Mr, Kanta Prasad in Ragistrar Department they do not even asked my name and demand for 2nd semester tuition fee of Rs, 35000/- for Documents refund.. i shocked how come any one ask money without knowing name and other things than i complaint it to a senior guy in the same campus so he replied that we are checking for your record s and let you know than please wait for sometime. i waited over there for one Hour but they didn't get back to me, than i again went to him they said contact in MBA department with HOD Dr, Monika she would help you out. I went to Dr. Monika but she told me we don't have any of your records as i have join in 2009 and you belongs to 2007 batch so i said check with your system my enrollment would be there so she checked and i am so much surprised i don't have any enrollment in college and no records. i have given a certificate issued by LNCT indore to her confirming that 30000/- bank draft has been submitted to your college by indian oversees bank and this certificate has been issued how come my enrolment and data is not there with you.. So Dr. Monika again told me to wait for two hours to check details, i have been waited there for 2 hours and i went after that so she told me go to Devendra Joshi for your Docs and all i again went to Devendra Joshi but they told me they need time to search my records i wrote a application and i asked that give me written communication that after some time you will get back to me, but he denied for writing communication i asked for authority to whom i received this in writing so they said i don t know to whom i have to escalate the matter i again gone to Dr, Monika that give me confirmation on writing that for how much time latter i got my docs but she also denied, i have frustrated so much that i said i would go to legal because i don t have any option left so she said do whatever you want.. So i have waited for whole day i didn't get positive response and they misbehaved a Lot with me and i have an appointment on PSK bhopal for passport and my career on stack because i don t have my original mark sheets. So finally i have decided to file court case if they didn't provide me below mentioned things.. 1) I want my Mark sheets latest by 20/01/2015.. 2) My entire Fee 30000/- refund 3) And a return apology letter from management for misbehave and Mental Harassment If i would not get confirmation of these things latest by 20/01/2015 so i would charge a Civil Suit stating: Misbehaved and Bribe for original documents from management Non disclosure of things, Mental Harassment, Career Loss Compensation of fee(30000) with interest from 2007 to till date against admission cancellation.
