Sir,
As per the details, my father’s loan was successfully completed by him on 10/12/2012 and after that I personally met with the Collection Manager of my financer in the month of December 2012 and requested him to issue my NOC Certificate and that time he said to me to deposit the last payment’s proof and as per his order I have completed all of the formalities and he assured me that they will send my NOC on my present address.
After the month of Dec 2012, I was again in contact with him in the month of January 2013 for the NOC and again his statement was as it is earlier. This process was again repeated by me in the month of February 2013 again and makes a sound request with the following words: -
“Sir, All of your EMI was successfully deducted by my father’s salary account from TATA STEEL (TISCO) from the account of Corporation Bank, Sakchi, Jamshedpur through the ECS system. Not a single cheque bounce issues with me than why you are disturbing me. Please give me my NOC, which is my constitutional right as being the people of Indian Democracy and you are avoiding me from my rights. If you are going to continue with your kind behavior than I have only 1 option to contact the court.”
This was my last verbal conversation with him and after that I put a mail on their [protected]@familycreditindia.com in the month of March 2013.
After putting all of my best efforts to find out my NOC, I am still unsuccessful. Now what is the way for me?
Sir, please help me and guide me on this matter. What are the other ways to find out my NOC.
