[Resolved] Indiabulls Home Loan — Home Loan not disbursed after sanction

I have applied Home loan from Indiabulls Home loan (application number 267055) on August 2012. I have been in touch with Mr Anish (mob. # [protected]) with Koramangla Branch. The property name is Prithvi Holi Homes - Gottigere (On Bannerghatta Road-Bangalore).
on 7th August 2012, India bulls give me Loan sanction letter for amount 21.6 lacs. After submitting all the required documents and a answering all their queries on phone, and made me wait for one month.
Based on the sanction letter i sign an agreement with Mr D.V. Raghu and Jawadullah Mohammad from builders side by paying 3 lacs.
After calling Mr Anish for every week asking on the status of my loan, i did not get proper answer. Atlast i filed a complaint from their website. I got the reply from them in email mentioning that my loan application has been rejected due to non-fulfillment of credit parameters.

How can a bank retreat from releasing loans amount even after sanction letter was given to me. Just be careful dealing with very unprofessional India Bulls.

Home Loan — Not disbursement

Dear Sir,

We have been sanction loan amount of Rs.23, 00, 000/- Dt.22/04/09. At the time of disbursement your bank asked for APF papers from Builders & same have been submitted personally at your Ghatkopar branch through above franchise inspite of several reminder not only to Neha Enterprises but also to Mr.Rajesh Virkar Branch Manager incharge they are not responding our call & also doesn't tell us what is the status of our loan.

Please see to it that my matter shall be resolved urgently & your staff delayed daily techniques are really upset me & for that either I have to drop your proposal & send me my processing fees of Rs.12685/- paid to you on 07/05/09 & I have lost faith in your Home Finance products, your staffs are not moving to clear the issue & unnecessarily every alternate day I have to remind them for status of loan.

Your early action on the said matters are highly appreciated.

Below are the reason Bank gave me two different reasons on separate mail for not sanctioning my loan...

1) loan application has been rejected due to non-fulfillment of credit parameters of the Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited
2) not approved by us due to technical issue in the projects and hence your application was rejected.

Dear sir i applied for home loans in india bull after submit the application form and all the needful document i got the message from indiabull side my aapplication I'd -500243 after that all the verifications done .Then day by day after remind no budy response no body received the call in canaught place new delhi branch I am so abset to services no budy of father and mother of India bull agent also not response my call.making fools to customers .please some bobody helpme.

My home loan applied by builder and sanctioned for 21 lac and disbursed all. After 3 months i applied for cupboards 3 lacs and since 2 months the respective manager not giving the proper answer to loan whether it is approved or not. Daily calling him he keeps on saying i will be cleared i will be cleared. Till know it is not done.
