SBH Gurgaon Manaser — rate of interest

Dear sir,

i have loan account [protected] paying 12.75% rate of interest last 2year . But i am making complaint in bank last 2year .But no action has been taken by manager. i want to change my loan to lic in 2010 but they take application to reduce the laon rate .but date he making me fool and no action. pls take action.
