Loansettlement — Not refunding my Rs 2000, and asking for more Money

Hi team,

Due to Job loss, I was unable to pay my EMI. As I see this companies' ads for Loan settlement in Facebook, so I visit the website Loansettlement.com, and shared my details, now there executive Himanshi and Kunal start calling me and forcing to take the services of Anti-Harassment service and loan settlement in which they will negotiate with the banks in my behalf.

For this Himanshi told me Rs 5000 to start the service and Kunal told me Rs 2000.

Also, they informed me that they will settle my loan up to 50% or less, which I need to pay in installment once negotiation will complete with the bank. In this installment the Lawyer fee will include.

So as per the above discussion, I paid Rs 2000. After this there Executive or Lawyer called me and informed me that she will negotiate with the bank, before that I need to start paying 20% of the amount in EMI, which is actually the fees of the lawyer or a company.

I was astonished when I come to know about this information.
They are actually misusing the situation of the customers. I asked them to refund my money. So, Kritika said I took Anti-Harassment service from them, and this amount is non-refundable. I have not taken any Anti-Harassment service for them. I am continuously getting the calls of the lenders.

I have arranged INR 2000, now they are denying refunding my money nobody is answering to my call. This company is a fraud,
Now Kunal is also not responding to my calls, they are taking wrong advantage of people's compulsions.

Please help me to refund my money.
