Lodha Group — Parking issues

Hi My name is Sunil Mandavkar we have purchased a flat in downtown palava Adriana A wing i was promised before possession that i will be provided with a parking next to our building however we have noticed that the parking alloted is 500 mtrs away from our apartment which is also under construction and not handed over to us and it is 2 years now. Today (02.10.2023) when we parked our car on lane outside our building which we are parking for last two years was been locked by the PCMA authorities and they are saying its parked in no parking we can see a board which says 100 mtrs in total so as per our understanding all the cars should be locked and they are asking us to pay 1000 rs fine. Can we also get interest or fine lodha group for not allotting the parking for 2 years. Before possession we asked them multiple times for our parking they said its ready but never showed us. Can you please ask them to unlock our car and if rules then it should be for all. We are attaching the photos please check. When we tried to escalate this to higher authorities they say they not allowed to share the number. Today being a holiday there office is also closed on the other hand we had some emergency and had to go out for some reason had to cancel. Its been two years now we are facing problems but no help.
