I, LOGAN SRINIVASAN, residing No.43 G1, Vempulliamman Koil Street, Pazhavantangal, Chennai 600 114, Mobile No[protected], I had booked e ticket through UTS Application, from Chennai Central to Katpadi JN as per the UTS application passenger can book ticket through the mobile app. On booking of ticket, will get Booking ID along with other ticket details and take print out at the Automatic Ticket Vending Machine (ATVM) using the booking ID.

I had received Mobile ID and debited my account, the details are as (XXSCTCSXFLAG) (RTXHARNVTPSX) (FTTVTBAL#FB#) Booking ID 100 AD 2 CH:0 II S Chennai Central to Katpadi JN date 14/02/2017 at 21:46 Fare 150/- and (CBXVFVTFPASX) (TXPCNTRHNRPF) (GHAFHTKV#FC#) Booking ID 130 AD 2 CH:0 II S Chennai Central to Katpadi JN date 14/02/2017 at 21.56 Fare 60/- as per the messaged received from mobile I am getting “Journey is valid with printed ticket only”
I have tried to Automatic Ticket Vending Machine (ATVM) by using the booking ID but Machine is not working. The same problem I had explained Chennai Central Counter No. 3 but they have told me “to contact TTE (Travelling Ticket Examiners) and explain to them unable to take printout” I had contact TTE of Yerchaud Express Train No 16999 around 22.20 PM, (TTE he is AC Coach but there is no Name Plate in his Black Coat ) he was not listen the Problem, but he had shouted me un parliamentary words” I am not tolerate such a language which is spoke in my life. I had worst experience on 14th Feb 2017 for UTS Mobile Application Printout issues.
