Dear Sir,
This is in reference to the package offered by you. Sorry to say but, i feel totally cheated, our trip was worst and disasters as compared to the commitment by logix holidays. The package which was given to me is without any planning for which I have to bear lots of trouble and money.
As a service provider you have to take care of all the supports, respond to our calls and properly guide us, how do we get memorable to our trips but you failed to do so. Following are the most critical failures of logix holidays.
1. As per my discussion with Pooja Ji, my package was inclusive of all the state taxes for which whats-up chat is available. During my departure from delhi, logix have claimed an amount of Rs. 6440/- as a state tax which was unethical and not in terms with good industry practice. As I take the complete package it’s your prime responsibility to take care of the same. The above amounts have been paid to the driver prior to the visit start.
2. If you are arranging the tour plan in hill satiation tyre should be in good condition but the conditions of tyre were worst and get it punchers.
3. The planning and timing is not proper. Mostly we are in only cab / vehicle to reach one destination to another destination; no sites seen have been getting it done by logix.
4. As you are aware that we have 4 small kids, you have to make proper arrangements of food and milk but the same is missing in the complete tour, even we arrange the same at our cost and expenditures.
5. As per our package, Room decoration and honeymoon cake was inclusive but the same have not been arranged by Logix Holiday even 3 times as a reminder to Priyanka Ji.
6. As this is my first visit for Shimla, Kullu, Manali and i have no expertise to visit the place but some of my friend suggested me to visit Rohtang for which i requested Pooja Ji to provide me the Rohtang pass and the same is inclusive in the package but your representative Pooja Ji told me that Rohtang pass is not available in this season. During our visit it came to our knowledge that Atal Tunnel and Sisu is on the way, we requested Priyanka Ji and your transporter to visit those places and they are asking Rs. 6000/- for the same. This was your hospitality that kept hiding the things from clients and charging extra during their visit. As I have a complete package for visiting Manali, why should these charges be extra?
7. At Dalhousie - the hotel as recommended in package was not provided to us even 1 star hotel was arranged for us, no proper food available at the hotel for which they arrange the food somewhere else we took to food in other hotel as hotel arranged for us, even no proper seating arrangements available, we take food in a room after requesting hotel management. When we checked out the charges of dinner having been taken from us we called several times to Priyanka Ji to get it resolved but she never picked-up our call. We pay the amount so that we can check-out and visit some place.
8. At Dalhousie- Driver visit for the first time at Dalhousie he was not aware of the site, we hired a guide at our cost and expenditures; it was your responsibility to arrange a driver who knows the site and make our visit memorable.
9. At Amritsar – No hotel have not been booked, we called 20 times to Priyanka Ji but she not respond even Pooja Ji phone was switched off, we scared what to do now. We requested the driver to give any number of the company so that we can stay the night, after our request the driver was given the number of Sudhanshu Ji and he arranged a hotel at 10:30 PM as you are aware that we have small kids but no one bothers about the same. No arrangements of dinner, we arrange the same at our cost and expenditures which were supposed to be arranged by logix.
10. Further, no proper guidance, no proper response over phone, driver is in hurry to complete the trips ASAP, extra charges for any small favour, things and charges are hide and seek.
11. Following are the day wise feedback of the trips and expenditures incurred due to your irresponsible support and negligence.
a. DAY-1 – SHIMLA
i. Following places are supposed to be visited in terms of the package offered by you - ViceRegal Lodge, Christ Church, Gaiety Theatre, Scandal Point, and Sankat Mochan Temple, Mall Road, Lakkar Bazaar, and the Tibetan market.
1. It’s shameful to say that none of the above sites have been seen by us due to your irresponsible support, negligence and response even if your driver directly takes us to a hotel, where we just sleep.
b. DAY-2 - SHIMLA
i. Following places are supposed to be visited in terms with the package offered by you- Visit to Kufri, Himalayan National Park, Jakhoo Peak which is at an altitude of 2, 500 meters. This package also includes horse and yak rides for visiting the Jakhoo Peak.
1. It’s shameful to say again that none of the above sites have been seen by us except Kufri due to your irresponsible support, negligence and response even none of any activities have been given at Jakhoo Peak like horse ride, yalk ride as the same is inclusive in the package.
c. Day-3 - MANALI TOUR
Shimla to Kullu is around 197 Km and take 6Hrs 33 Min
Kullu to Manali is around 41.3 Km and takes 1 Hrs 3 Min
i. Following places are supposed to be visited in terms with the package offered by you - Hadimba Temple, Vashisht Baths, Van Vihar, Arjun Gufa, Museum of Himachal culture and folk art, The Mall and the IBEX Market.
1. As you know that Shimla to Kullu is around 197 Km and takes 6Hrs 33 Min and Kullu to Manali is around 41.3 Km and takes 1 Hrs 3 Min total 8 hours journey. It means, if we leave Shimla at 8 AM we reach 4 PM if we continue traveling.
2. Your driver recommended that you should check-out early at 3 AM so that we can reach Manali early and visit Manali.
3. We didn’t take any breakfast at Shimla and Check-out the hotel at 4 AM, + as your driver recommended and requested to get more site seen but nothing happened he directly took us at Manali Hotel at 4 PM. On the way we only do rafting at Kullu.
d. Day-4- KULLU NAGGAR STAY IN MANALI
Shimla to Kullu was around 197 Km and take 6Hrs 33 Min
Kullu to Manali was around 41.3 Km and takes 1 Hrs 3 Min
i. Following places are supposed to be visited in terms with the package offered by you - Majestic hills, Naggar Castle Gauri Shankar Temple, Uruswati Himalayan Folk Art Museum, Jagatipatt Temple, Tripura Sundari Temple.
1. It’s shameful to say that none of the above sites have been seen by us due to your irresponsible support, negligence and response. Even your driver directly takes us to the hotel at Manali directly, where we just sleep.
e. DAY -5: SOLANG VALLEY
i. Following places are supposed to be visited in terms with the package and in terms with the discussion on what's up with Pooja - Solang Valley, Rohtang and as Rohtang was closed you should visit Atul Tunnel and Sesu.
1. It’s shameful to say that none of the above sites have been seen by us except Solang Valley due to your irresponsible support, negligence and response. Even your driver directly takes us to a hotel back after Solang Valley visit, where we just sleep.
2. During our visit it came to our knowledge that Atal Tunnel and Sisu is on the way, we requested Priyanka Ji and your transporter to visit those places and they are asking Rs. 6000/- for the same. This was your hospitality that kept hiding the things from clients and charging extra during their visit. As I have a complete package for visiting Manali, why should these charges be extra?
3. Further, as Room Decoration and Honeymoon cake weren't arranged by Logix we called Priyanka Ji to arrange the same at Dalhousie, she assured that she would arrange but the same could not take place.
f. DAY 6- DALHOUSIE TOUR
Manali to Dalhousie was 327 Km and takes 9 Hrs 49 Min
i. Following places are supposed to be visited in terms with the package offered by you - St. Francis Church, Panchpula, Star Village Fun and Food Cafe, Satdhara Falls, Bakrota Hills, Dainkund Peak, and Kalatop Khajjiar Wildlife Sanctuary.
1. As you are aware that Manali to Dalhousie was 327 Km and takes 9 Hrs 49 Min to reach, how do you plan our trip to check out the hotel at 8 AM and reach around 7 PM and just stay at Hotel.
2. We called your driver and asked how we reached Dalhousie as around 10 Hrs to travel. He again recommended that you should check-out early at 4 AM so that we can reach Dalhousie early and visit Dalhousie.
3. We didn’t take any breakfast at Manali and Check-out the hotel at 4 AM as your driver recommended and requested to get more site seen but nothing happened. He directly took us to Dalhousie Hotel at 5.30 PM.
4. The hotel as recommended in package was not provided to us even 1 star hotel was arranged for us, no proper food available at the hotel for which they arrange the food somewhere else we took to food in other hotel as hotel arranged for us, even no proper seating arrangements available, we take food in a room after requesting hotel management. When we checked out the charges of dinner had been taken from us we called several times to Priyanka Ji to get it resolved but she never picked-up our call. We pay the amount so that we can check-out and visit some place
g. DAY 07- DAY TRIP TO KHAJJIAR STAY IN DALHOUSIE
Dalhousie to Khhajar 24.3 Km 1 Hrs 19 Min
i. Following places are supposed to be visited in terms of the package offered by you - Kalatope and Khajjiar.
1. As we have come to take lots of journeys and your driver is not aware of the site he told us he came to Dalhousie first time we have no other option to hire a guide so that we can get our site seen.
2. We hired a guide at the cost of Rs. 600 to visit Dalhousie.
3. Further, your driver told us after 9 PM his transporter told to stop the cab due to reason best known to him we started our visit early in the morning at 7 AM and visit St. Francis Church, Panchpula, Satdhara Falls, Bakrota Hills, Dainkund Peak, and Kalatop Khajjiar Wildlife Sanctuary.
4. We do not have enough time to stay at Khajjat for at least 2 hours. We complete our visit as early as we can and complete the same at 5 PM.
5. We left the Dalhousie at 5 PM to Amritsar as Dalhouse to Amritsar is around 200 Km and takes 4 Hrs 30 Min so that we can reach Amritsar hotel on time as driver advice.
6. We reached at Amritsar around 9:30 but No hotel have been booked, we called 20 times to Priyanka Ji but she not respond even Pooja Ji phone was switched off, we scared what to do now. We requested the driver to give any number of the company so that we can stay the night, after our request the driver was given the number of Sudhanshu Ji and he arranged a hotel at 10:30 PM as you are aware that we have small kids but no one bothers about the same. No arrangements of dinner, we arrange the same at our cost and expenditures which were supposed to be arranged by logix.
7. We pay an amount of Rs. 1200/- for dinner and Rs. 1000/- for Breakfast which was supposed to be arranged by Logix.
h. DAY 8- LAST DAY AMRITSAR SIGHTSEEING THEN DROP
Amritsar to Delhi 450 Km 7 Hrs 55 Min
i. Following places are suppose to be visit in terms with the package offered by you - Golden Temple, Wagah Border, Jallianwala Bagh, Maharaja Ranjit Singh Museum, Popular eateries, Other City Attraction, Guru Ke Mahal, Hall Bazaar, Gurdwara Mata Kaulan, Bibeksar Sahib, Partition Museum, Dukh Bhanjani Ber Tree, Akal Takht, Gobindgarh Fort.
1. It’s shameful to say that none of the above sites have been seen by us except Golden Temple due to your irresponsible support, negligence and response.
2. On the way the driver stopped the car 2 times to get the puncher and for purchasing the new tyre which takes around 1:30 Hrs. If you are arranging the tour plan in hill satiation tyre should be in good condition but the conditions of tyre were worst and get in punchers.
3. We reached our residence around 12:00 AM at Delhi.
In the above circumstance, You have worst my whole trip, i fell completely cheated with Logix, a salesperson should be humble and cooperative but the same was missing and found rude behaviour, negligence support and irresponsible attitude. The service provided by Logix was very poor and not in terms with the discussion and finalization.
No proper arrangements, no proper guidance, unethical support, irresponsible behavior.
I request you to please reimburse my following expenditures which were supposed to be arranged in terms with the package by you but the same have been arranged by undersigned at its own cost.
1. State Tax – 6400/-.
2. Dinner at Dalhousie – 1670/-
3. Guide at Dalhousie – 600/-
4. Dinner at Amritsar – 1200/-
5. Breakfast at Amritsat – 1000/-
6. Breakfast at Shimla – 800/-
7. Breakfast at Manali – 800/-
8. Room Decoration – 3000/- (2 Couple)
9. Honeymoon Cake – 1000 (2 Couple)
Total amount of Rs. 16470/-
Please treat this notice of claim against the package offered and expenditures incurred by me due to your irresponsible support / negligence and disburse the amount within 7 days from the date of this email failing which i have no other options to knock the door of consumer court.
