Lokmat Newspaper — gift not received

I shifted to baner in pune on 1st july 2017 and started the new scheme of lokmat newspaper for 2 years with ₹200/- at start plus₹90/- per month. It was promised that i will receive first gift immediately on booking for the scheme and second after one or one and half year. But till date, after passage of almost 6 months, i have not received the first gift which i was supposed to get in july or august. I have followed up with lokmat newspaper office, the paper vendor and even the sales person of lokmat for baner area for 8-10 times but no use. They only promise that i would get it but no result. Additionally, the vendor charges₹100/- per month instead of₹90/- for service. What is the use of publishing so big advertisement in the newspaper about the scheme and not fulfilling your commitment? If they can't provide the promised gift, should not have made huge advertisement about it. Worst service.
