I have taken service of Kertain smoothening from looks saloon Panipat. They said if you purchase our membership then by paying 15k amount you get 22k in your wallet and it's valid for 2 years. Firstly their service is very poor . Hairfall starts after getting Kertain smoothening on my hairs. Lots of chemicals they used . After 1 week my hair was same as before totally rough like I have not taken any service. I had visited last month for my niece hair cut then they said your membership validity was only for 6 months. They started misbehaving and said jisko complaint karni hai kr do humare yaha koi 2 years ki membership nahi hai. Hum to 6 month ki membership dete hai. Jb membership deni thi paise lene ke time to tone kuch aur hoti hai
