My mobile bill for the number [protected] has been charged RS 180/- for some special numbers for statement date23/06/14 statement number[protected]. I was assured from your customer care that this money would be reversed in my next bill instead for which I was charged RS 70/- again for the same . I hope my account is credited for the amount of RS 180/-
