Loop Mobile — deduction of 60rs .

I m using loop mobile service from last 5 years. Yesterday loop mobile deducted 60rs balance. & Today 50rs they deduct from ac. M not using any kind of services, except I hav a plan of 57rs internet . I dont know why U decuct my 60rs & I call several times to cust care but they hangup my cal. want refund my money. my no. [protected].
