I am using Loop Mobile phone no. [protected].
Yesterday, I suddenly received two separate e-mails from
Loop Mobile that I have not paid bills for mobile no. [protected] and [protected], both cases Rs 394/- each. I immediately had a talk with Loop Customer care executive, named
MUTABBIR M that these numbers are not for mine, and I never taken thesenumbers, then they informed matter will be look into and issued complaint docket no. SR-[protected].
Today, somebody, name Vishal called up from no. [protected], and informed these are my numbers only, and they have issued me with my permission and verification. I asked to show proof and tell the name of agency who issued me these above two numbers as well as my number [protected], but they told they have no record and refuse to give, also asked me to visit Loop Gallery to tell the issue. I also informed that it is wastgae of my time and money and why should I visit Loop gallery where I have no fault.
It is clearly fraud by Loop Mobile, and put any numbers
against anybody’s name, and make customer hare. Please suggest how can I take
action against Loop Mobile. And, as Loop is sold to Airtel now, are they trying
to collect fraud bills from customers? Please suggest as I need to take strong action Was this information helpful? |
