Loop Mobile — need old loop mobile numbers activated

Dear Team,

I need my old Loop Mobile number activated as it is linked to aadhar card.
It is difficult to change the number.
I have tried multiple ways to update the number but all in vain.
Also, I am not only holding 1 Loop Mobile Account number but then holding 4 Loop Mobile Account numbers. I need to retrieve all the 4 accounts.

Please let me know the procedure.
