Loop Mobile — Requesting for details of my outstanding Payment

Dear Sir/Madam, Myself Sameer Satam has converted my 2 Loop numbers ([protected]/[protected]) into Idea last year Nov 2014. Now last 7 days receiving message from Idea that there are my outstanding payment (205 & 178 respectively) to pay. On several time asking of my details of outstanding I never received any satisfied reply neither from Loop nor Idea. I am ready to pay my outstanding but after receiving the details of my outstanding. Also they are send me one address only where I suppose to pay my bills but I am not in a condition to go there for payment. They are not providing me other mode of payment.
