[Resolved]  Loop Mobile — Unable to send texts and call

My number is [protected]. I was out of Mumbai and submitted my bill payment a day after the due date. The outstanding amount is 711. Since I was travelling I had already made an advance payment so as not to be inconvenienced. I received an email from the Loopmobile overdue payment office today but the payment has already been made at the drop box at Chagan Mitha Pump on Bhulabahai Desai Road on 2nd September, I have always made payments well ahead of time and am most distressed that I should be in this situation. Kindly expedite and revert. It is impossible to reach the number of Mobile assist or customer care or my relationship manager.
