I have ordered study chair and paid Rs.249 on 18.07.2022. amount was deducted from my bank account and received a message that they will be processing my order soon and when checked through same site lowcosts.in with order no. 70314 it shows that they will send an email with tracking details shortly. but nothing received so far. When I contacted them through their given mobile number on the site [protected], this number is switched off and seems like this is an online fraud, please take necessary actions to resolve this issue, so, no others will be cheated. thanks in advance.
