Loyalty Solutions & Research / PayBack.in — Amount deducted but no payment done to merchant

This is regard to Service Request No. 25800141. I have maild several times. Thre is no proper resolution for the issue. Amount has been deducted from my bank, but not paid to the merchant site(Bharat gas) for the consumer account no [protected].
