This is inform to u that today i've payment paytm m etro card[protected] & rs . 1500 in payback ([protected]) website via bingo but still now its not credited in my payback account why i don't know? ?? Its happen many times before but i don't know payback team are not working carefully.

this is extremely ridiculous and pathetic service given by your team. I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with your services.


Hence, i request u to that actually i've put a complaint about payback system bad service nothing more else totally worst service. Please helpout me how to gets this retaliations offer urgently or i'm requesting to all payback team that please provide any solution for the same issue and escalated this matter to concern department and take action immediately also give my docket number and call back my registered number accordingly for the customer service experience and please find this attached which was i had successfully transaction of paytm metro recharge rs.1500 and i'm not getting any kind of payback point nothing more else ..

Dear partner & member care,

I would to inform to you that last month 21st august i've payment rs.1500 via paytm in your entered payback website (Bingo) but your mailing team did not take any responsibility ( [protected] why i don't know???

Your response really don't make any sense to my earlier email. I asked your manager to reply me as an evidence of escalation. But still you don't bother to any words what i say here. I am still getting response only from customer service representative. Why the hell you neglect to consider any of my emails.

You said my case has been escalated (??) but it's been 25 days over and there is no response in correspondence to my request. And where is the proof that my case has been escalated. I am really struggling hard to write up decent words in my email. Because i just see that you guys continuously don't give any damn to my request. And from the very beginning i am telling you that you guys are pathetic and highly unprofessional mailing team . I am trying to find my way to complain you in public forum nothing more else.

Kindly look into matter 13915235 this sr id which was created by member care and against take action as soon as possible also call back arrange for me.
