I Purchased laptop from ebay on 31 may 2016 costing 46990. For this purchase payback EBAY offer was therefor which 37600 PAYBACK points were to be credited to my account ending with 2506 but it is not being done till date.Despite complain to both ebay and payback customer care they have not provided any solution.They are making fool of people. PAISAPAY ID [protected].
