Loylty Rewardz Mngt / Max Get More — rewards points redemption failed but not credited back to account | |||||
I did videocon d2h recharge through maxgetmore app which is also my registered no. On maxgetmore by using 1512 points (Worth of 378 rupees). The part payment was done by the points earned of rs 378 but failed. The transaction showed as unsuccessful and the point amount was also not credited to my account no. I took up the matter with them and they said initially 7 working days but evn after 7 working days no response from them, now they are saying like wait for few more days (No approx time). Maxgetmore was unsupportive and after writing to them numerous times, i am still awaiting an resolution. Was this information helpful? | |||||
