LT Online Store — Be aware of LT online

I have ordered HP mouse Qty 2Nos in "LT online store" . I have received with package crushed box "(see the attached image). in which 1 mouse is working and another 1 not working. even unable to click the left button itself. Kindly replace it and send the new one.
Your customer care person saying that we have to contact HP customer care.
Horrible... while receiving itself we got defective one, why we need to contact HP customer. you are the responsible for delivering good product to the customer not defective one.
If it become defective after usage or a month old then is the reason for going with HP customer care.

Then your are accepting that "selling defecting product in LT online".

LT online is selling defective product to customer.
where us other online store(Amazon and flipkart) are doing good job with customer satisfactory. If the customer not satisfied the return the product with in span of time but you are not doing that even for the defective one delivered.

I was about to order a printer of 20K from LT-Online but thought of doing a research and reached your complaint page. So it is not to believe this type of fraudulent companies which doesn't have Cash-On-Delivery.

They lies to customer don't do their job they sell used defective articles no have no pay after delivery option

thnx to this site. i am about to purchase from LT online store. i saved . it is really horrible if online site is delivering defected items and not replacing them. it is all about trust to online purchasing site that they delivered a perfect item as described. it is too bad for lt online store

For once I though of trying something new other than the standard ecomm players - turned out to be a big mistake. Very poor service.. unable to ship product. Not being truthful about delays. When I ask for refund, they say they will give after deducting 5%!! And this is for a product they say then have in stock and are still unable to ship.. very poor. I would give them -1 if possible...

I have long been an online customer of Lt Online Store. Have never encountered any problem. Recently I had opted for another courier from the given list. Though, as mentioned in the list, I was charged additional Rs. 20/- for that, its outcome was excellent! My merchandise was delivered at my address (which is far from Mumbai) within 4 days.

thankx to all guys for giving feedback about LT ONLINE STORE.I am going to book a mouse whose price on flipkart and amazon was 1000rs. but at this store price was 590+charges=749.30 . I have doubt why so less basic price and why so high delivery charge and why not option for cash on delivery, after all i google "customer review LT ONLINE STORE" and coming to this page.Now i cancel the plan for shopping from LT online STORE and also don't think about this site in future also...THANK YOU VERY MUCH FRIENDS...

Very bad shopping store. The site is maintained by careless and money-sucking people. They are not at all trustworthy.
They lure consumers with lower price and send defective items. What we have to do with a non-functional item ?

Has anyone ordered cartridges from this place? Prices are so much cheaper than Amazon and they look Original. So hard to tell.

Thanks all of you for writing about the online thieves. They are mushrooming now under globalisation. Govt. should take proactive action so that hard earned money of people can be saved. If Govt. fails then Court should take cognizance of this kind of offence.

Someone must be really hating these people for posting so many times of the same or similar one star review. Well, my experience was that a high quality genuine product (Epson projector) arrived on time and in pristine condition.
You guys should do something about your hater, because at first I got really scared when I read those reviews...
As for the GST question: You don't expect in your right mind that a store has all the same products at 2/3rds the avraver rate, do you? Of course therest GST on top...
