I have placed a couple of orders on sunday 28-jun-2020 and i wanted to cancel them as i made it by mistake. I emailed lt online store for 2 days continuously, but no response from them.
I have placed a cancellation request even before the order is shipped. But they are taking the shipping charges also plus 5% of the order amount.

They are not interested in cancelling the ordr and refunding my amount. Please ask them to process my refund.
