LT Online Store — product not delivered even after 15 days of prepaid order booked

Confirmation mail with invoice received.
Order status is still, processing' even after 15 days.
Tried several times to contact... But no one lifting the phone.
Sent several emails regarding status and finally to cancel and refund.
But no reply.
Am not going to leave them and i will sue them for online fraud.
