I have ordered hp mouse qty 2nos in "lt online store". I have received with package crushed box " (See the attached image).in which 1 mouse is working and another 1 not working. Even unable to click the left button itself. Kindly replace it and send the new one. Your customer care person saying that we have to contact hp customer care. Horrible... While receiving itself we got defective one, why we need to contact hp customer. You are the responsible for delivering good product to the customer not defective one. If it become defective after usage or a month old then is the reason for going with hp customer care.
