I have ordered silk lehenga of worth Rs.1499 inclusive of taxes+delivery charges.My order number is 317. I have received the delivery COD on 12th Oct 2018 at around 3.00pm, . After opening the parcel, I have checked and found the quality of lehenga is very bad and I have found blouse piece and Dupatta are very small. I have called the customer care number at around 4pm. But could not get any answer.And after some whatsup conversation they told me that is not their product. But i ordered that product through their website only.When i was clicked on BUY button, immediately it was moved to their Whatsup contact. After i asked them price and shipping charges(i attached the whatsup conversation also. In the website they mentioned description about product, but that was completely different with the original product.I asked them to take back their product.But i have not received any response from them. I want to return the product and want to get return back of paid amount.
