Had ordered online lehenga worth 1700 and the item received is of the poor quality than the pictures shown in their website.No one responding to queries and not informing the process of return. Worst fraud online company ever. Not returning money also to the bank account.please block this company. Big online fraud company

I bought a saree by mistake from this company as their website was decisive.
The cost of the saree was 1399. But when the order was placed I was charged additional 150 for the delivery.
When the courier was received, I was utterly shocked to see that the saree had scissor cuts all along. When I contacted their customer care, I was asked to return the same at my own cost. With no options left I paid 100 and booked the same by Post. But they have credited only 1399 back at their own store credit. Now if I have to get back this money I have to reorder a saree again keeping fingers crossed and pay additionally the delivery charge. The quality was said to be Polysilk saree, but is no where near to even a normal polyster saree.
Is there any way I can get back the money I gave these frauds??
