Lucknow Nagar Nigam — 2 crazy street dogs disturbing the whole colony

Hi my name is Syed, there are 2 street dogs in my locality who make loud noises all the time during night specially, disturbing sleep of all the people living here. They bark and threats all the street vendors and also cutting seat covers and tires of the bikes parked in the colony. I request to take necessary actions against them as the whole colony is disturbed with both the dogs.
