Lucknow Nagar Nigam — Complaint resolution message sent by Nagar Nigam but actual job not done

I had lodged a complaint about open manhole in front of house no C 283 . Complaint was lodged on 05 sept 2015 via docket no 171413 on 05th Sept 15. I received a Text message from Nagar Nigam confirming the complaint and that it has been assigned to executive engineer ( [protected]). On 7th Sept'15, I received a message from Nagar Nigam that my complaint has been resolved. But actually, nothing was done and that sewer manhole is still open . This open manhole is a serious threat as it can lead to spread of disease like Malaria and Dengue. Also, some one can fall into this open manhole . I request that earliest action should be taken in this matter. Action also should be taken against the person who has sent the false action taken message.
