My flat became older than 10 years in 2012-13. So I submitted revised Form Ka and Kha to claim rebate in respect of self-occupied property @ 32.5%. The relative application is noted at the serial number 605 of the Dak Inward Register. However, the Nigam has failed to revise the house tax amount so far.
