Hi,
I was purchased Luminous Battery for Home Inverter on 13th July 2021 with 2 Years Warranty and 2 Years Warranty. I got a backup problem with the new battery. I complained 2 times for this problem, on first complaint the service engineer told me that the fault is with your inverter not the battery and he closed the complaint. On the second complaint, the same service engineer came to check and said the same thing. I called a third party electrician to check it out, after much discussion the service engineer accepted that the battery is faulty and took it for a battery replacement on 06 Sep 2022 without any alternative battery. It's been almost 2 weeks now, I called luminous representative several times but no one answered my call about this satisfactorily.
