Luminous Power Technologies — 3 year replacement battery dead in less than 2 years - no service | |||
Ts around 20-25 days back i registered a complaint for the same and a person has came after 7-8 days and told me that in next 3-4 days a service van will come and get your battery charged fully. And i contact him regularly & yesterday after 25 days he is saying we can't do anything. I have a bill, warranty card of 36 month warranty but service person is saying warranty is only for 18 months.
