Sir i have mailed for cancellation of my order number [protected] dated 30 Aug 22 as instructed by luminous customer care. But still no one is contacting me nor mail me about confirmation of cancellation. I have contact customer care again and again about the current status of cancellation, still they are insisting me to mail. I have done all but still the status is not known. Sir i request you please do the needful for speedy cancellation and refund of my order. Thank you
