On july 27, 2020, i bought a ceiling fan made by luminous, it developed a problem within 30 days of its purchase. It lost its speed despite full voltage. The company failed to address the problem and subsequently in its resolution. To my surprise, the top hierarchy of the company including the ceo himself, in whose attention i brought the issue, avoided, deliberately or otherwise to solve it. At the time of purchase, i was told that product would be replaced but later on, the total output comes to be cipher.
My advice to all the readers and public in general is that don't go just by brands. Big brands have poor problem solving system as it is commonly outsourced to some third party, as is in the case of luminous.in all such cases as it has happened in my case, we dont get value of our money.
