I was having issues with the ups inverter from the day 1, and even after several complain no one turned up to help and resolve the issue. Their customer care officer mr. Ayush arya as confirmed by him is saying the system is down and they cannot help at the moment. Its more than 6 days now. My complain no is [protected]. The customer care is pathetic and not at all helpful.
