Luminous Power Technologies — Not acknowledging/responding to return request

I have purchased Luminous Zelio + UPS 1100 and Luminous 120AH battery RC 15000 on 7th September 2022 which was delivered to be on 8th September 2022.
Because of circumstances, I cannot use the products and raised a return request right away. The company has refused to give any sort of acknowledgement over email or phone call, the online customer service agent also ignoring my concern/request. The products are completely unopened and unused and I simply wish to return them as I cannot use them.
I would like the products to be returned to the company and a refund credited to me for the original amount.

Updated by pai.divya The product was picked up on 14th September 2022 and I have yet to receive a refund or even have a response on the email of when I will get the refund. This is the worst customer service I've had in my entire life.
