Dear Team, I purchased NXG-1400 inverter on 20th June 2020 and till date, I raised 7th time customer complaint regarding overloading issue. every time engineer came and replaced PCB, after 2Hrs from changing his PCB same issue again came. same was happens every time. After 15th July Engineer inform me they order for replacement, but still there is no replacement.
