M Cent — Not getting credit after installing an app for first time.

Sir I would like to tell that M cent is not giving me anytime I have installed today only and open a new account but it does not giving me airtme i have tried many apps but it did not give me any air time or credit please I request you to see my request sir I will be thankful to you
